Candidates for judicial offices (District, Superior Court, and Appeals Court Judges; Supreme Court Justice; District Attorney; and Clerk of Court) and General Assembly (NC House and Senate) must file a Candidate SEI no later than 10 days after the end of the 2022 notice of candidacy filing period. Deadline for filing your SEI is March 14, 2022, at noon.

2022 SEI No Change Form
Those candidates who have filed a 2021 SEI, either as a candidate or as an individual who served in any covered position in 2021, may be able to file a 2022 No Change Form. This is the case if there were no changes to the information disclosed on the last SEI Long Form filed. Before filing a No Change Form please carefully review that Long Form.
Those Currently Serving in a Covered Position and Running for Office Satisfy Their Regular SEI Filing Requirement
If you are currently serving a a position which requires that you file a 2022 SEI you should file as a candidate and a current covered person, satisfying the regular 4/15/22 SEI filing requirement.
